Terms and Conditions for Eventune Oy's online store
General terms and conditions (25.6.2020)
These provisions cover the terms concerning the ordering, delivery and cancellation of products that are ordered through Eventune Oy’s (2998634-4) (“Eventune or Eventune Merchandise”) eventune.net online store service.
When ordering products via eventune.net, the customer accepts the terms and agrees to comply with them. Eventune reserves the right to amend these terms and the service content.
Ordering and delivering the products
The customer can order products through the service without registration. The customer is bound by their order once they have placed, accepted and paid for it. All orders are confirmed with an e-mail containing the price, shipping expenses and summary of the items ordered. An e-mail address and phone number must be provided prior placing an order.
Some products may have an option to buy them with customized texts. Eventune reserves the right to decline manufacturing products that are considered to be offending or otherwise harmful for the brands and parties involved.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information they supply to Eventune. Eventune is not responsible for damages or disruptions that are caused to the customer or to a third party because of inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Eventune is not responsible for damage caused by possible disruptions, faults or delays in product processing or deliveries, arising for reasons unrelated to the service. Eventune is not responsible for damage caused by the unreasonable impairment of operations due to force majeure or an equivalent reason, such as the actions of a public authority or disruptions that are beyond Eventune’s control in mail delivery, automatic data processing, data transfer, other electronic communication or electricity supply, as well as disruptions caused by fires or other accidents, or labour disputes, such as strikes. In the event of force majeure or other of the above-mentioned circumstances, Eventune has the right to suspend the delivery of orders until further notice.
Preorder products have longer delivery time. The manufacturing process begins only after the preorder period ends. Product delivery costs are indicated prior to purchase and all prices include value added tax (VAT) where applicable. The products are shipped in a letter or package and the available shipping methods depend on the shipping address.
In Finland delivery costs for shipments weighing under 500g are 3.90 € and for shipments with weight over 500g 8.00 €.
International shipping prices vary between 10.00 € and 36.00 € depending on the destination country.
Payment Service Provider
We offer you 14 day money back guarantee. The item must be returned in its original packaging and in their original condition covered from possible damage during the shipping. We refund the full price of the products in order including VAT (excluding shipping costs) when we have received it in unharmed condition. From this, the return to your account balance may take up to 14 days.
Limited return right
Note that tailor made pre-ordered products such as shirts with a text or other feature from customer input do not have a return right. These products do have reclamation right and we want to help you with any problems regarding the product. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know if there is something wrong with the product you received.
Processing of personal data and cookies
Eventune uses personal data confidentally and will not hand over any customer data to a third party excluding the payment service provider Paytrail and the e-commerce solution provider Shopify.
Any personal data provided by the customer, either electronically or otherwise, will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and Finnish national legislation.
The customer’s personal data is collated and stored in Eventune’s customer database for 60 days after shipping the order unless there is any ongoing process regarding the order (i.e. reclamations).
